I always use it well. Now that I am slowly gaining weight, I ordered again to try running with Revelsus, which I had previously eaten.
For reference, even if you compare all over the internet, this is the cheapest and even if the owner has a problem, the process is the cleanest.
It's also the one I've been using for the longest time. Previously, it was possible to order 6 items, but it is a bit disappointing that only 3 items can be ordered at a time.

The starting dose of this drug is 3 mg per day for one month. After one month, increase the dose to the maintenance (recommended) dose of 7 mg per day. If additional blood sugar control is necessary after administration at 7 mg per day for at least one month, the dose can be increased to a maximum of 14 mg per day. The maximum single daily dose of this drug is 14 mg. Taking two 7 mg tablets to achieve the effects of a 14 mg dose has not been studied and is therefore not recommended. For information on the change between oral semaglutide tablets and injectable semaglutide, refer to Precautions for Use 11) Information for Professionals. When this drug is used in combination with metformin and/or sodium-glucose co-transporter-2 inhibitor (SGLT2i) or thiazolidinedione therapy, the metformin and/or thiazolidinedione being administered capacity can be maintained. When this drug is used in combination with existing sulfonylurea or insulin therapy, a reduction in the dose of sulfonylurea or insulin should be considered to reduce the risk of hypoglycemia (see section 3 below: Administer with caution to the following patients) . Self-monitoring of blood glucose is not necessary to adjust the dose of this drug. Self-monitoring of blood glucose is necessary to adjust sulfonylurea and insulin doses, especially when starting this drug and when insulin doses are reduced. A stepwise approach to insulin reduction is recommended. How to administer: This drug is a tablet to be taken orally once a day. - This medicine should be taken on an empty stomach at any time of the day. - This medication should be swallowed whole with half a glass of water, up to 120 mL. Do not split, crush, or chew the tablets. It is not known whether this affects the absorption of this drug. - Wait at least 30 minutes before eating, drinking, or taking other oral medications. An interval of less than 30 minutes reduces the absorption of this medication. If you forget to take a dose, you should skip the missed dose and take it the next day.
