Order & Shipping Policy

At Talmoo, we strive to keep you informed at every step—from order placement to delivery. Please review our complete order confirmation, shipping timelines, and reshipment policies below.

1. Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive:

  • Immediate Email Confirmation: Order summary and reference number
  • Processing Confirmation (within 24 hours): Notification that your order is now being prepared

If any issues arise during payment verification or fulfillment, we will notify you promptly via email.

2. Shipping Confirmation & Delivery Options

Once your order enters processing, we typically ship on the same day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number and carrier details
  • Estimated delivery window and transit instructions
  • Contact information for inquiries

Shipping Methods & Fees: Registered airmail is our preferred method due to enhanced security and theft protection. Fees range from $12–25 depending on weight and destination. Delivery to both residential and workplace addresses is available.

PO Box Delivery

  • We can ship to PO Boxes if compatible with the selected method.
  • Set your PO Box as the primary shipping address in My Account → Shipping Addresses.

3. Customs & Import Regulations

All orders are shipped FOB (Free On Board) from India. Your local customs authority treats the package as imported goods. Delays may occur:

  • Typical Delay: A few days
  • Extended Delay: Up to 3 weeks before customs contacts you

Note: Talmoo is not liable for customs seizures, forfeiture, or related legal actions. We recommend ordering well in advance to accommodate potential customs processing times.

4. Delivery Times & Reshipment Policy

Standard Processing: Ship within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

Transit Time: Dependent on postal/courier services. If customs holds your package, retention may last 3–21 days.

If your order has not arrived within the standard delivery window, please allow an additional 7 days for transit before contacting us.

Lost Orders & Reshipments

To qualify for reshipment or refund:

  1. Contact us within 8 weeks of the ship date.
  2. Ensure at least 7 days have passed beyond the standard delivery window.
  3. Provide an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address was provided, you are responsible for replacement shipping fees. If the original order returns to us, we will contact you to arrange a refund or reshipment.

5. Returns & Refunds

If an order arrives damaged or never arrives, please wait 30 days from the ship date before submitting a refund request via our Support → Refunds section. We will:

  • Reship your items at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full refund once the original goods are returned unused, unopened, and with >3 months’ expiry remaining
