Cancellation Policy

At Talmoo, we are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and reliable delivery as a trusted B2B exporter. Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness in the following scenarios.

1. Limited Stock Availability

If the quantity you ordered exceeds our available inventory or a specific item is out of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item(s) and notify you immediately. You will receive a full refund or order adjustment for any canceled products.

2. Disputes & Complaints

If you encounter any issues with product quality, specifications, or delivery, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. We will investigate and work toward an amicable solution. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may cancel the order under these terms.

3. Product Unavailability

When a requested product is discontinued, recalled, or otherwise unavailable, we will cancel that line item and issue a refund or offer an alternative equivalent product upon your approval.

4. Unpaid Orders

Orders that remain unpaid past the specified payment deadline (24–48 hours for cryptocurrency payments) will be automatically canceled.

5. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation at any time before shipment. To cancel, submit a ticket through our Support Center or email our customer care team with your order number and reason for cancellation. Approved cancellations receive a prompt refund.

6. Non-Receipt of Payment

If we do not receive your cryptocurrency payment before the payment deadline, the order will be considered canceled automatically, and any pending holdings will be released.

7. Refunds

For canceled orders, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original cryptocurrency wallet address. Please ensure your wallet can receive the refunded currency. Partial cancellations are refunded only for the canceled items.

8. Complete Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order—quality, accuracy, or delivery—please contact our customer care team. If a suitable resolution cannot be reached, we will cancel your order and offer a full refund or replacement, per your preference.

  • Login to My Account → Orders and select “Cancel Order” for pending orders
  • Or, submit a cancellation ticket via our Support Center with your order number and reason
